Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) allows consumers to turn to official entities for assistance in resolving or guiding them through any dispute.
Customers defined as consumers under Law 144/2015 who have entered into sales and/or service contracts have the right to resort to official entities to help resolve any conflict arising from such contracts, without prejudice to seeking recourse through Judicial Courts.

Please note that for disputes arising from online purchases, you may use the resolution system known as the "ODR Platform – Online Dispute Resolution", created by the European Union. The Online Dispute Resolution website is an official platform managed by the European Commission dedicated to helping consumers and traders resolve disputes out of court.
