Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printing — High Definition

Kosmotec's industrial DTF technology produces premium textile heat transfers ready to apply to cotton, polyester, blends, and technical workwear. Available in continuous rolls from 1 to 10 meters with vivid color depth, sharp definition, and stretchable hand feel.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

• 📏 Usable Print Width: 56 cm.
• 📐 Maximum Length Per Gang Sheet: 2 linear meters per artboard (for 3 to 10 meter orders, split your file into separate sheets up to 2 m each).
• 📁 Supported Formats: PNG, PDF, TIFF, CDR, EPS, and PSD.
• ✨ Background: Must be transparent.
• 🎯 Resolution: 300 DPI at 1:1 scale.
• ✒️ Fonts & Outlines: All typography must be converted to curves/outlines. Kosmotec is not liable for missing font substitutions.
• 🎨 Color Mode: RGB.
• 🔄 Mirroring: DO NOT mirror your file (our automated RIP handles mirroring during output).

🎁 Volume Roll Lengths

Select your required continuous roll length from 1 to 10 meters in the variant dropdown. Unit cost per meter decreases on larger volume rolls.

Heat Press Application & Garment Care

1. Prepare print-ready files at 56 cm width, RGB mode, transparent background.
2. Place your order on the webshop.
3. Transfer files via WeTransfer to geral@kosmotec.com mentioning your Order Number.

Do not submit copyrighted graphics without license. The customer retains full responsibility for submitted assets.

Any manufacturing claims must be lodged within 24 hours of delivery.
