Return Window
Most items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unless marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Personalised, intimate apparel, and clearance items may not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive return instructions and, where applicable, a pickup or drop-off address.
- Ship or hand over the item securely within the approved return window.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
Size or colour exchanges are subject to stock availability. We may process an exchange as a return followed by a new order where needed.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
